Speaking on Wednesday during a condolence visit to the chief of the village, Tagwi Sambo in Marwa Village, Buhari said he would resolve the insecurity issue which the Goodluck Jonathan administration has failed to solve.
Boko haram insurgents have been unleashing terror in various parts of the country especially the northern parts. Also, there’s been communal clash between Fulani herdsmen and farmers, leading to deaths of many.
Buhari therefore called on the Kaduna State government to fish out the perpetrators behind the recent attacks in Marwa and other villages in Kaura Local Government Area of the state.
“It is only when the perpetrators are brought to book and punished according to the law of the land that it would serve as a deterrent to others.
“For me, I am not a stranger in Kaura because my elder brother is a close friend of the Chief of Marwa, so I feel like I am at home here,” he said.
The APC delegation also donated N2 million to the victims. The money was presented by Mr. Buhari to the Chief of Marwa.
In his response, Mr. Sambo thanked his guests for the visit while also expressing hope that the community would no longer experience attacks in future.
Some of the leaders of the APC who went with Buhari include; the Deputy National Chairman of the party, Aminu Masari, and the Deputy National Secretary of the party, Nasir El-Rufai.

it would address the prolonged security challenges facing the nation. -
