Elizabeth Faith Sakwe is actually the adopted daughter of the President. She was adopted by the Jonathans after her father, a chieftain of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa, died in a car crash. Faith was
adopted by the Jonathans at a young age and is their first child.
Ever since then, Elizabeth Faith Sakwe who married Godswill Osim Edward in Bayelsa on April 5, has been under the care of the First Family of Nigeria.
The bride had an afterparty after her traditional wedding. Her husband’s family and friends came with all their carnival fanfare
