THE WAY UP
Life comes in stages and levels. The actual direction and unfolding of what is yet to come lies with our Maker. The Holy Book unveils this
unto us that “a man’s mind plans his way but the Lord directs his steps”.
Whereas, the exact steps towards achieving greatness is not obscure but have been made known to humanity by God who created all things. Everything made and created is an obvious adumbration of a personality’s competence and excellence which leaves everyone without excuse.
This is an episodic view of my life portraying how goal setting has helped me meet my desired results while I keep going through the journey of life.
I entered the class as a naive student with little or no knowledge of what English and Mathematics mean let alone spelling them. My Dad had just enrolled me in a public secondary school.
Regardless of these challenges, my mind was way up with imaginations of the fun I will have after class… (Smiles). Suddenly, a teacher entered the class and the following conversation ensued,
Teacher: Hello students
Class: Hello Uncle.
Teacher: Today we will be treating the topic ” Binary Operation”.
I’ve never seen a topic like that In my Life. And seeing it for the first time on the first day at school, I knew I had to talk-in and get set for a long ride.
After school hours, I got home excited and amazed at the number of classmates I had. I could not have expected that much compared to the private primary school I attended. When I got to the next Class JSS2, I had a Strange Experience…
