Life is filled with ups and downs, Our response to what we pass through determines the actual

effect upon us.

Nothing just happens, their is a Participation involved to bring about the change needed and envisaged. Bold confrontation with whatever problem or challenge thrown at us is a check on how far we've come to understand Life in its entirety.

The Father's desire is that we shine as light in the crooked and perverse environment we find ourselves and that can be actualized when we do all things needed without murmuring or disputings irrespective of the negatives even as we continually hold forth the Word of Life (Philippians 2:14-16).

It was Time to move on to the Higher Institution after spending three years at home, never had the opportunity to be idle even as opportunities kept presenting themselves to keep me busy overtime.

I picked the form for the University I so longed for three years being at Home but working. Although, I had many of my friends enter school before me but considering the only option my parent placed for me I had to work harder year by Year to ensure its the University I go to as against the polytechnic my friends up-in for.

The examination was awesomely done as I smiled All through even as I stare at the Computer screen joyfully. Coming back from the examination venue I had a turning stomach that turned into something else.

I was vomiting profusely on the road inside the bus I entered coming back home from the examination centre, I knew something is up again. It's as if someone declared war on me knowing fully well that I have perceived my Breakthrough to be around the corner.

Most Times when we are at the Verge of breakthrough, we may come into contact with certain issues that will almost sway us off our feet. And make us utter words that can damage us for a long time. That's why we are encouraged to Hold on to the word that brings life, no other word can be a substitute to the Word of Life.

Their is power in our tongue and whatever we utter can validate the enemies plan for us or cancel out his plans totally. The enemies plan is that we pick offence at every slight issue when our breakthrough Is around the corner and then Abort it through our words. It's important we culture our words with the word of life when certain experiences hit us suddenly.

When we come out of such moments with the Word of Life, The end result of it is actually the breakthrough we've longed for.

I got home that day and I was home-sick with typhoid as the nurse described, I thought it's the end of it for me. I received drip numerous times and I made an agreement with my Lover that day that I'm all his till the end. I knew no one in my family have ever risen to that stage, not in my lineage. It was as if I was opening a portal and all hell let lose. My friend and lover came through to help me, and I made it to the University hearty and healthy all praise to my awesome Friend and lover.

Life itself is a battle ground and what we hold on to matters in winning life's battle.
